At Central Valley Paddle LLC, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for our mobile kayak rental services.

1. Cancellations by Customer
Full Refund:
Customers who cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund of the rental fee and any deposit paid.
Partial Refund or Credit:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may forfeit the $100 deposit and are not guaranteed a full refund. In some cases, we may offer store credit for a future rental.
No-Show Policy:
If no one is available at the delivery location and no prior notice is given, the rental will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. A rescheduling fee may apply.

2. Cancellations by Central Valley Paddle
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, customers may choose to:
Reschedule at no extra cost, or
Receive a full refund, including any deposits paid.

3. Early Returns
Returning your equipment early does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Refunds for early returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.

4. Equipment Issues
If you encounter an issue with our equipment during your rental:
Please notify us immediately.
We will make every effort to replace or repair the equipment during your rental period.
If we are unable to resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the circumstances.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Central Valley Paddle LLC is not responsible for bank processing delays.
