At Central Valley Paddle LLC, we offer mobile kayak rentals with convenient delivery and pickup at your chosen location. This policy outlines how our delivery service works for customers in the Central Valley region.

Service Area
We proudly serve customers within a 55-mile radius of Oakdale, California. This includes areas such as Modesto, Riverbank, Turlock, and many local lakes and parks.

Delivery & Pickup Details
Delivery Window: You’ll receive a confirmation with your delivery time. Standard deliveries occur between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Pickup Window: Pickups are scheduled between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, or as otherwise agreed.
Drop-Off Locations: We deliver to parks, lakes, homes, and public access points. Specify your preferred drop-off location during booking.
Authorized Receiver: Someone 18 or older must be present at delivery and pickup.

Delivery Fees
Delivery is included within the 25-mile standard radius from Oakdale, CA.
Locations beyond 25 miles may be subject to additional mileage fees, calculated during booking or quoted upon request.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Weather Cancellations: Dangerous weather (e.g., lightning, high winds, flooding) may result in free rescheduling or cancellation.
Customer Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Missed Deliveries or Pickups
If no one is available at the scheduled time:
A $25 rescheduling fee may apply.
Late pickups may result in additional fees.

Upon delivery, our team will:
Help unload and set up the kayaks
Conduct a basic safety overview
Confirm the rental agreement and waiver are signed
